In collaboration with our Employees Council Habufa has written a ' custom made ' Personnel manual. You will be able to find all relevant organizational, human resources and administrative information. The contents is regularly updated.

Recruitment partners

The Human Resources department ensures the flow of good, motivated and qualified employees.  For the recruitment Habufa works together with a limited amount of partners. They each provide a maximum contribution in their field and specialization to maintain the realization of the recruitment of motivated employees. A career at Habufa is not so much defined by your experience or study background but more so through your attitude, character and dedication.
